Heiress Tattoo & Beauty Cancellation Policy

We totally understand that life happens, but to maintain smooth operations and to ensure availability for all our clients, we've put the following cancellation policy in place:

• Deposits: A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking and goes toward the cost of your service. It’s non-refundable but can be transferred if you reschedule within the allowed time frame.

• Rescheduling/Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a losing your deposit.

• Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time or fail to show up, you will be charged the full-service amount to the card on our system. Multiple no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
